Effects of Accessibility to Urban Service Facilities on Land Prices in Seoul, Republic of Korea

Accessibility to urban services facilities is an important element that affects the quality of life, resilience, mobility efficiency, fair use and property prices. Despite its importance, there have been few studies for effects access time service by travel modes on residential non-residential land This study analyzed driving, public transit walking prices in Seoul. According analysis multi-level regression model, were positively influenced following access: bus terminals general hospitals or high schools, health centers, medical clinics, large-scale stores, traditional markets, stops subway stations walk. The results this are expected be basic data decision-making private sectors supply location facilities, improvement accessibility construction pedestrian-friendly cities.
