EFFECTS OF A 4-WEEK MICRO-HYPERBARIC OXYGEN INTERVENTION ON OXIDATION-ANTIOXIDATION SYSTEM FUNCTION

ABSTRACT Introduction Hyperbaric oxygen intervention has an important effect on the function of body’s oxidation-antioxidant system. Objective To verify effects a 4-week micro-hyperbaric oxidation-antioxidation system in skeleton athletes. Methods The experimental group underwent 1.3 ATA HBO for 4 weeks and control natural recovery. levels MDA, PC, SOD, CAT, GSH-PX, T-AOC, BU, CK, T, C two groups were measured at Week 0, 2, 4. Results CK Exp significantly lower than Con (P < 0.05) T-AOC higher 0 values 0.05). Conclusions A four-week decreased level oxidative stress, increased activity antioxidant enzymes, reduced degree exercise fatigue Level Evidence II; Therapeutic studies - Investigating treatment results.
