Background and Objective: A needle stick injury is a percutaneous piercing wound typically set by aneedle point, but possibly also other sharp instruments or objects. Needle injuries are more commonamong health workers during night shifts, for less experienced people, fatigue, high work load, highpressure, perception of risk can all increase the chances injury. The present study wasconducted with an Objective, to evaluate effectiveness structured teaching programme on knowledgeregarding post exposure prophylaxis following among B. Sc Nursing students. Methodsand Materials: Approach was quantitative approach. design Quasi experimental one grouppre test design. 157 samples were included in using convenience sampling technique.The knowledge nursing students regarding wereassessed before after implementation education programme. data collected usingsemistructured questionnaire. Post done seven days intervention. Results:Application paired t revealed statistically significant score postexposure programme(t= 9.40, p<0.001). There each components exposureprophylaxis also. Conclusion: Based findings it concluded that programmewas effective improving level prophylaxisfollowing
