Effectiveness of Distance Education During Covid-19 at Higher Education Level: Perceptions of Students

In the present era of information technology, distance education or online has been referred to as method content dissemination and quick learning technique. Distance is a key component in 21st century. The birthplace United States America (USA) then expanded over worldwide after 1998. main purpose this study was investigate effectiveness during COVID-19 at higher perceptions students. This research conducted achieve objectives which were: students’ about outbreak education, find out effect on students determine different problems faced by education. quantitative approach used analyze population comprised 153 BS level Spring Semester 2020 Faculty Social Sciences, National University Modern Languages Islamabad. sample collected through Universal Sampling techniques. Closed-ended five points Likert Scale questionnaire collect data from selected population. reliability instruments checked Cronbach's Alpha 0.81. Data were Google survey forms. Collected analyzed specific statistical software, IBM-SPSS (Version 23). Frequency Percentage techniques data. results obtained form tables. final showed that respondents had positive it may be continue, indicated issue non-availability resources gadgets these provided. Poor internet connection, load shedding, lack social interactions health risks also identified finding countered proper planning training
