Effectiveness of Conservative Treatments in Positional Plagiocephaly in Infants: A Systematic Review

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze conservative treatments implemented manage positional plagiocephaly in infants. Methods: This a systematic review conducted according the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines, performed Medline (PubMed), Scopus, Web Science, Cochrane databases. Articles were selected eligibility criteria, regarding effectiveness infants, published last 10 years with score ≥3 PEDro Scale. Results: A total 318 articles identified 9 them finally selected. Conclusions: Physical therapy treatment considered as first line intervention non-synostotic asymmetries manual method that obtains best results within intervention.
