EFFECTIVENESS OF BASIC SAFETY TRAINING AMONG RATINGS

Human errors have serious role in the occurence of maritime accidents. More emphasis should be placed on human factor rather than automation and technology with quality effective training. In order to maintain safety culture board, it is necessary standardize effectiveness trainings.
