Effect of Work-Life Balance and Welfare Level on Millennial Employee Performance Through Work Engagement

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a phenomenon that collaborates with cyber technology and automation technology. this research aims to conduct scientific on the role of work-life balance level welfare millennial employees through work engagement as variable intervening. The participation respondents study general millennials who has worked in Jakarta area, aged 21-36 years. Researchers used purposive sampling method. This uses measurement tool dimension time management, balance, expectation fulfillment, satisfaction balance. Besides, at well-being meaningful factors, good social relationships, attachment, self-actualization, comfortable circumstances, self-acceptance. While employee performance measured environment, ability do work, motivation. Work Engagement by vigor, dedication, absorption indicators. analysis technique Structural Equation Modeling based VB-SEM using SmartPLS software. results showed five hypotheses direct influence were accepted one rejected. two indirect are each rejected accepted. variables intervening only capable mediating Work-Life Balance against Employee Performance.
