Effect of Textured Glasses on Conversion Efficiency in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

In this paper, three types of optical textured glass substrates were prepared at the glass/transparent conductive oxide interface using polydimethylsiloxane nanoimprint lithography to increase conversion efficiency dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). There textures: nanotexture, microtexture, and micro/nano double texture. terms characteristics, it was confirmed that reflectance all lower than flat in mean value 400–800 nm wavelength band. Further, diffuse transmittance higher for substrates, D-Tx particularly high. DSSCs fabricated N749 N719 dyes; their size 6 mm2. The efficiencies improved by 11% N-Tx (η 2.41%) 10% 2.38%) compared with 2.17%) DSSCs. On other hand, M-Tx did not improve it. 7.5% 2.74%), 18% 3.01%), 26% 3.22%) 2.55%)
