Effect of Synchronized Lifestyle Modification Program and Physiotherapy in Improving Type 2 Diabetic Neuropathy patients having Increased Body Mass Index

Background: Prevalence of diabetic neuropathy (DPN) is associated with increased Body Mass Index (BMI). Synchronized lifestyle modification program attempts to synchronize the circadian rhythm body through diet and exercise. Objective: Determine role Lifestyle Modification Program (SLP) Physiotherapy on fasting blood glucose (FBG), HbA1c, lipid profile, degree in Type 2 DPN patients Oral Hypoglycemic Agents (OHAs) having BMI. Materials Methods: Randomized-controlled trial. Evaluation 120 OHAs included, MNSI, BBS, FBG, Lipid profile NCS. Participants divided into Group A B, then A1 B1, that were overweight A2 B2, obese. B1 was 1, 3 B2 4, 5 6. Groups 1 4 received SLP, both SLP 6 for 12 weeks. p≤0.05 considered significant. Results: Total Cholesterol, TGs, HDL LDL significantly improved 2. Conclusion: Combined effective DSPN overweight. Keywords: Diabetic neuropathy, program, Physiotherapy.
