چکیده
Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common non-communicable diseases that still growing today especially diabetes type 2 (DMT2). in non-obese patients an important problem to solve because it tends be worse than DM obese patients. Chronic hyperglycemia can damage body tissues through several mechanisms like polyol pathway, hexosamine activation protein kinase C (PKC) and advance glycation end products (AGEs). This pathway pancreas so insulin cannot secreted worsen condition diabetes. Sleeve gastrectomy procedure secrete hormones such as insulin, GLP-1, PYY (Peptide YY) dan PP (Pancreatic polypeptide) which play a role regulation glucose blood. Omentoplasty cell regeneration, Langerhans β cells produced adequately. Objective evaluate effect Gastrectomy Pancreas on Pancreatic VEGF Intensity rats. Methods True experimental study with "post-test only control design" 18 rats Mellitus was divided into 3 groups: K (control), P1 (Sleeve Gastrectomy), P2 + Omentoplasty). 10 days after procedure, we evaluated using immunohistochemistry. Statistical analysis One Way ANOVA Post Hoc LSD. Result increased P2. In all groups pancreatic levels were statistically significant (p = <0.01). Conclusion mellitus.

Effect of Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy on Fasting Gastrointestinal, Pancreatic, and Adipose-Derived Hormones and on Non-Esterified Fatty Acids
BACKGROUND Alterations in gastrointestinal, pancreatic, and adipose hormone levels may have a greater role in weight loss than initially appreciated. The laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) operation is now the most frequently performed bariatric operation in many countries, but there are relatively few data regarding its molecular effects. We sought to characterize the effect of LSG on fasti...

Objective: Exercise as a non-pharmacological treatment plays an important role in regulating and reducing the inflammatory cytokine associated with beta cell function. Genetics is one of the most important and effective factors in the incidence of diabetes, in most cases. The present study aims to explain the effect of 12 weeks aerobic training on FOXO1 expression in pancreatic tissue, insulin ...

متن کاملSleeve gastrectomy for morbid obesity.
The rising prevalence of morbid obesity and the increased incidence of super-obese patients (BMI >50 kg/m2) seeking surgical treatments has led to the search for surgical techniques that provide adequate EWL with the least possible morbidity. Sleeve gastrectomy (SG) was initially added as a modification to the biliopancreatic diversion (BPD) and then combined with a duodenal switch (DS) in 1988...
