Effect of Introducing Conductive Organic Carrier on Properties of Low-Temperature Conductive Silver Paste

The poly(epoxy-N-methylaniline) conductive organic carrier was used as the bonding phase of low-temperature silver paste. Then, this mixed with different proportions powder to prepare lowtemperature Afterwards, effect on properties paste determined by IR, DMA and SEM. results revealed that prepared has good conductivity, film-forming performance, printing curing anti-aging performance. When mass percentage phase/conductive 40/60, lowest volume resistivity 4.9 × 10−6 Ω⋅cm, conductivity best.
