This study aimed to assess the effect of Human Capital, Structural Relational and Innovative Behavior in organizational performance PT. PLN (Persero) Company Bekasi. used a quantitative approach with causal type research. Variables included Capital (X1), (X2), (X3), (Y1), Organizational Performance (Y2). random sampling technique stratification. The number samples was determined Slovin formula minimum sample 123 populations at margin error 5% obtained 94. data analysis methods this were Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method. research steps designing Measurement Model (Outer Model), (Inner Hypotheses. There are 7 accepted hypotheses, namely direct on Behavior, Performance, indirect through variable.
