Effect of Group Reminiscence Therapy on the Loneliness, Depression and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly who living in Nursing Home: Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective: The study aimed to examine the effect of group reminiscence therapy among elderly people who living nursing homes. 
 Methods: This randomized controlled trial was performed in two homes Turkey. A total 76 recruited intervention (n= 37) and control (n=39). received form sessions lasting 30-45 minutes once a week for six weeks. had no application. Data were collected using socio-demographic form, Loneliness Scale, Beck Depression Life Satisfaction Scale. Results: After therapy, Scale mean scores increased (p0.05). Conclusion: At end study, found be useful method reducing depression increasing life satisfaction elderly.
