Effect of Flow Rate on Regular Patterns of Pressure Load Distribution on Helico-Axial Pump Impeller Blade Surface

چکیده

In this paper, the k-ω SST (Shear Stress Transport) turbulence model is employed to study effect of flow rate on regular patterns pressure load distribution characteristics helico-axial pump impeller blade surface. The results show that all curves surface at different heights under rates a similar trend increasing first and decreasing then. At inlet area, with increase rate, range negative in area gradually increases. When runs small conditions, within relative position from 0 0.2 hub, work capacity hub obviously stronger than other areas impeller, while 1, rim enhances. With strong expands narrows. research can provide theoretical reference for optimization design supercharging performance.
