Effect of Employee Orientation on Employee Performance in Commercial Banks in Nigeria

This study examined the effect of employee orientation and performance. Survey research design was employed. A sampled three selected commercial banks in Enugu State, Nigeria. Data for were collected through questionnaire administered to respondents. Using regression analysis, result shows that has a positive significant on performance state, Based findings, recommended bank management be able properly plan get ready new hire training order satisfy their expectations create basis long-term happiness.
