چکیده
The paper presents the results of study into composition and properties milk in black and- white dairy cows improved using black-and-white Holsteins different lines. It has been found that Vis Ideal line produce with a high casein phosphorus content, Poseidon give content whey proteins, Annas Adema lactose calcium content. Milk from is most suitable for production high-quality products such as butter cheese. Usinng VIs better products. all analyzed genotypes sweet cream butter, but qualitative product obtained when cattle line.
