چکیده
The present investigation was planned to evaluate the effects of cinnamon oil as an alternative antibiotic growth promoter in broilers. A total 144 broiler chicks were randomly allocated six experimental groups, each consisted four replicates and replicate chicks. groups (I) basal diet; (II) diet + chlortetracycline @ 1 g/kg feed; (III) 400 mg/kg (IV) E. coli 1.0 mL (1.5×108 CFU/mL) orally on 14th day; (V) coli; (VI) coli. study conducted for 28 days. There significant decrease counts (Log10 CFU/g) precaecal-caecal digesta birds supplemented with (group III) II) compared other 21st 28th day experiment. caecal average bacterial count group-V group-VI 7th post-infection significantly higher than group-I, while lower group-IV. However, group-I. It noticed that supplementation more effective antibacterial agent. increase one or all measurements, such villi height, width height crypt depth ratio duodenum, jejunum ileum overall gross histopathological lesions infected mild degenerative changes small intestine sacrifice. Based foregoing observations, it can be summarized used by poultry farmers promoter.

The effect of cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) bark essential oil (CBEO) on human skin cells has not been elucidated. Therefore, we investigated the activity of a commercially available CBEO in a validated human dermal fibroblast system, a model of chronic inflammation and fibrosis. We first evaluated the impact of CBEO on 17 protein biomarkers that play critical roles in inflammation and tissu...
