EFFECT OF BIOACTIVE ADDITIVES ON BIOMASS FERMENTATION FROM AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

چکیده

Wastes from the agro-industrial sector, due to their toxic effects with regard plants and living organisms, cannot be dumped in soil. However, they can serve as renewable source of value-added products, following specific digestive treatment. This research was focused on studies vinasse fermentation processes presence bioactive substances introduced directly into digested biomass. The results obtained testify that natural origin used additives, demonstrate pronounced alcoholic under mesophilic conditions. comparative assessment different additives action studied have demonstrated dihydroxyfumaric acid caused emission 266 cm3 CO2 76 hours, aescinum – 251 55 tomatin 233 during 78 sclareol 232 vanillin 229 69 whereas catechin 180 61 hours fermentation, until process completed. Thus, study possible antioxidant properties biomass winemaking sector identification these mechanisms a perspective direction, suggesting new ways wastes valorisation.
