Effect of Aluminium Oxide Nano Additive on Diesel along with Gasoline Fumigation in Single Cylinder Diesel Engine

The present investigation mainly focuses on overcoming the limitations of gasoline fumigation (GF) in diesel engines by adding up nano fuel additives. Experiments are conducted to ascertain engine working characteristics a single-cylinder, four-stroke using aluminum oxide (Al2O3) additives blended as main injection along with GF an inducted fuel. was achieved controlling electronic injector fitted at intake manifold open ECU software. Fuel map for determined based experiments three divergent rates 10%, 20%, and 30% energy consumption optimized design experiments. optimization results showed 10% resulted better performance emission it is selected this investigation. Fumigation decrease brake thermal efficiency (BTE) low medium loads; increase high loads.The two different mass fractions 25 ppm 50 Al2O3 liquid diesel. Compared diesel, 50ppm increased BTE, maximum in-cylinder pressure, cumulative heat release rate; reduced smoke opacity, CO, unburned HC emissions overall operating conditions. As dosage level increases from further enhancement all parameters except NOx emission. Finally, addition additive suitable solution overcome CI engine.
