EFEKTIVITAS METODE PENDEDERAN JUVENIL TERIPANG DI HATCHERY SKALA RUMAH TANGGA

Sea cucumbers are marine animals that live in the waters of Kei Islands. Since ancient times, sea Islands have been taken and sent to China. The non-selective harvest caused cucumber population decrease drastically. Hatcheries a solution maintaining sustainability nature high market demand. In hatchery, one most influential stages is nursery. This study aims determine effectiveness nursery method can support productivity juvenile household scale hatchery. research took place from June – July 2021 at Household Scale Hatchery Ohoitel Village, Tual City. methods tested were tub (Treatment A) Pen-culture B). each treatment, 500 reared with size 0.3 0.5 cm. calculation survival rate growth variables observed this study. As supporting data, water quality measurements carried out. Through “T test” result T count (8.027) > table (1.943) which means Treatment A had significant effect on survival. For obtained (1,149) < both treatments same cucumbers.From results discussion, it be concluded treatment was more effective than B.
 
 ABSTRAK
 Teripang merupakan hewan laut yang hidup di perairan Kepulauan Kei. Sejak dahulu, teripang sudah diambil dan dikirim ke Pengambilan tidak selektif menyebabkan populasi menurun secara drastis. Pembenihan solusi dalam menjaga kesinambungan alam tingginya permintaan pasar. Dalam pembenihan, salah satu tahapan sangat berpengaruh yaitu pendederan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode pendederan dapat menopang produktifitas juvenil pada Skala Rumah Tangga. berlangsung dari bulan Juni Juli Tangga Desa Ohoitel, Kota Tual. Metode diujicobakan bak (Perlakuan Pada setiap perlakuan dipelihara pasir berukuran 0,3 0,5 cm sebanyak ekor. Perhitungan tingkat kelangsungan (survival) pertumbuhan variabel diamati penelitian ini. Sebagai data pendukung dilakukan pengukuran kualitas air. Melalui “uji T” diperoleh hasil hitung (8,027) Ttabel (1,943) bermakna bahwa Perlakuan siknifikan terhadap kelulusan juvenil. Untuk Thitung tabel kedua memiliki pengaruh sama teripang. Dari pembahasan disimpulkan Pendederan dengan lebih efektif dibanding Kata kunci: Pendederan, teripang, hidup, pertumbuhan, Kei
