Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) extracted from egg yolk has recently known can eliminate the adverse effect associated in use of fresh yolk. The role LDL liquid preservation at 4°C ram sperm not been explored. This research evaluates effects substituting with 4 °C on 5 days. objective this was to assess for as an extender 4°C, well spermatozoa motility, viability, morphology, plasma membrane, and acrosome integrity, semen subsequently divided into five diluted Tris–fresh (K), Tris–LDL5% (LDL5), Tris–LDL10% (LDL10), Tris–LDL15% (LDL15), Tris–LDL20% (LDL20). result showed a significant difference between quality (P<0.05). effectiveness decreased following by its concentration. Even though up 20% concentration LDL, it preserve plasm membrane integrity.
