Educational Background and Teaching Experience Against PAUD Learning Design

Educational background is an important component in the education workforce to be able understand and provide best for students according field delivered. This study aims look at educational on ability develop Ambon City PAUD Learning Design, teaching experience learning plans, find out relationship between two plans. The approach used this a quantitative correlational design (relationship), population teachers Kec. In Nusaniwe of Ambon, totaling 134 teachers, sample 20% so number samples 67 people. Data collected through Questionnaires (Questionnaires) documentation. There significant early childhood designs with r count = 0.2369 table 0.244. Based results analysis that has been done, it can concluded each variable compose programs.
