چکیده
The 13th century Sufi poet Muhammad Rumi [جلالالدین محمد رومی] vividly incorporates the image of dance and movement in his lyrics, while Mehlevi Order Islam (popularly known as ‘Whirling Dervishes’) was founded on Rumi’s teachings. Such expressions emotive joy were among favourites my students, when I served Director Inter-Religious Studies at St. Xavier’s College Mumbai. testimony a college student our Honours course, ‘Awakening to Cosmic Compassion,’ gives an idea impact that embodied meditation makes learning.
