The article presents the results of scientific sources’ analysis, empirical research data and practical work with children affected by military events. In addition, it is identified how parents’ psycho-emotional balance influence their children’s state; type reaction to stress successfulness in overcoming crisis situations affects children's ability overcome life's challenges. specifics providing psychological assistance war post-war conditions are outlined. There were determined necessity accountancy for such family factors process help aggrieved like: level openness, dependency, reliability, predictability, closeness circle; dominant reactions significant adults own that experienced child. main components support provided emotionally damaged have been identified. restoration stages negative highlighted: restoring a sense basic security; activation hardening resources; reprocessing states; mechanisms self-recovery’s actualization, adaptation new life situation. Differentiated vectors resilience's development: emotional mental health care, prophylaxis, symptoms distress; establishing close relationship parents, developing reliable attachment them; act efficiently stressful situations; alienation, integration into social space, post-traumatic growth.
