Economic performance of specialized field crops farms producing sweet corn

Sweet corn is not commonly produced at Serbian family farms, although it has a significant economic potential. Besides, there lack of research related to performance the sweet production. Therefore, goal this was determine effects introducing in sowing structure specialized field crops farms Serbia. The analysis performed on model farm Determination average gross margin for appropriate followed by optimization farms' (by applying linear programming approach). Authors analyzed three variants depending participation structure. It determined that itself increases use labor force and positively influences level margin.
