Ecofriendly conversion of algal waste into valuable plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) biomass

چکیده
With the development of marine biorefinery concept, utilisation algal waste during industrial processing as well some “green tide” biomass has become an important research topic. In this work, a single-step microwave process was used to hydrolyse Laminaria japonica (LJW) and Enteromorpha prolifera (EP), producing growth medium suitable for microbial cultivation. The contained range mono- polysaccharides macro- micronutrients that could be by microbes. cultivation behavior three plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains (Bacillus subtilis strain Tpb55, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Cas02, Burkholderia pyrrocinia Lyc2) in two media were investigated. LJW hydrolysate from 180 °C EP 150 performed better efficiency than those hydrolysates other conditions. Saccharide analysis showed microbes metabolized monosaccharide such glucose, mannose cultivation, leaving polysaccharide unused medium. Furthermore, hydrolysate-strain mixtures applied pepper growth. hydrolysate-Cas02 broth effect compared treatments, which might attributed higher indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) production Cas02 hydrolysate. This work shed lights on conversion PGPR co-application hydrolysates- promotion.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are the rhizosphere bacteria that can enhance plant growth by a wide variety of mechanisms like phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, biological nitrogen fixation, rhizosphere engineering, production of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase (ACC), quorum sensing (QS) signal interference and inhibition of biofilm formation, phytohormo...

The effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on seed germination, seedling growth and yield of field grown maize were evaluated in three experiments. In these experiments six bacterial strains include P.putida strain R-168, P.fluorescens strain R-93, P.fluorescens DSM 50090, P.putida DSM291, A.lipoferum DSM 1691, A.brasilense DSM 1690 were used. Results of first study showed seed I...

Heterodera glycines, the soybean cyst nematode, is the most economically important plant-parasitic nematode on soybean production in the U.S. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the potential of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains for mortality of H. glycines J2 in vitro and for reducing nematode population density on soybean in greenhouse, microplot, and field trials....
متن کامل1 Ecology , Genetic Diversity and Screening Strategies of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria ( PGPR )
TheGerman agronomist Hiltner first defined the rhizosphere, in 1904, as the effect of the roots of legumes on the surrounding soil, in terms of higher microbial activity because of the organic matter released by the roots. Until the end of the twentieth century, this effect was not considered to be an ecosystem. It is interesting to make some brief observations about the size, in terms of e...
