Eco-friendly cementless concrete from hazardous iron ore tailing and waste of cellulose-pulp, concrete demolition, and lime production

The rapid deterioration of the environmental situation comes mainly from pollution by industrial and municipal wastes in form landfilled wastes. only way out this threatening is urgent utilization all these as valuable raw materials alternative to traditional natural materials. This article describes detail result complete replacement with four wastes—from iron ore processing, cellulose pulp production, concrete production demolition, lime production—without changing technological process nor creating new residues. samples’ axial resistance values reached up 4.94 MPa after 3 curing days, 5.75 7 11.47 on 720th day outdoor curing. XRD, SEM, EDS, LAMMA methods demonstrated sol–gel solutions’ chemical interaction their gradual densification a stone-like state. developed have high mechanical properties can be used produce construction materials, such bases road airfield runways, levee cores, dumps, building foundations, bricks, blocks.
