چکیده
Abstract Background Early diagnostic indicators and the identification of possible progression to severe or critical COVID-19 in children are unknown. To investigate immune characteristics early SARS-CoV-2 infection key prognostic factors for COVID-19, a retrospective study including 121 with was conducted. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subset counts, T cell-derived cytokine concentrations, inflammatory factor routine counts were analyzed statistically at initial presentation. Results The natural killer cell decreased increasing disease severity. Group III (critical cases) had higher Th/Tc ratio than groups I II (common cases); group B count III. IL-6, IL-10, IFN-?, SAA, procalcitonin levels increased Hemoglobin concentration, RBC eosinophil Groups significantly lower I. T, Th, Tc, RBC, hemoglobin relatively high contribution area under curve values. Conclusions Decreased IL-6 IL-10 valuable indices diagnosis disease. reduced Th Tc cells ferritin, procalcitonin, SAA this stage may be closely associated systemic storm caused by dysregulation.

Prognostic Factors for Immune Thrombocytopenia Outcome in Greek Children: A Retrospective Single-Centered Analysis
Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in children has a varied course and according to duration is distinguished as newly diagnosed (<3 months), persistent (3-12), and chronic (>12) types. Several studies have evaluated the prognostic factors for the progression of the disease, but similar works have yet to be performed in Greece. We aimed to identify prognostic markers for the three forms of the disea...
