Based on the problem of e-commerce logistics and distribution network optimization, this paper summarizes solution ideas solutions proposed by domestic foreign scholars designs a method to optimize B2C taking into account special traffic conditions in city. The optimization model is established solved combining various methods. Taking new target requirements constantly modern environment, vehicle path under generalized objective function studied, multidimensional impact maximization type modeled. follows from planning for emergency material delivery. Given locations, roads, multiple classes supplies map, each road allows vehicles deliver class with certain probability. goal how select finite number locations map as centers so that can be effectively covered paths them maximized desired For first time, we used hybrid genetic algorithm path, optimized results are more reasonable than other algorithms.
