چکیده
Heart failure (HF) is the most prevalent cardiac disease in United States. Impact of hospital frailty index among patients admitted for HF not well documented. We queried National readmission database from 2016-2019 using ICD-10 codes to identify HF. Patients were divided into low-intermediate (LIFS) and high-risk (HFS) sub-groups based on scores. Clinical outcomes assessed at admissions readmissions with STATA v.17. A total 20,308,898 identified, which 17,100,000 had LIFS scores 2,327,642 HFS.
