Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Slag Mortar with Alkali-Resistant Glass Fiber

To investigate the influence of alkali-resistant glass fiber on dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure slag cement mortar (SCM), five SCM blocks with different volumes (0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%) were prepared. A split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test device a diameter Φ50 mm was used to impact compression under loading pressures. In this way, stress–strain curve average strain rates corresponding air pressures is obtained, relationship between ultimate toughness, increase factor (DIF), content can be comprehensively analyzed in combination static parameters. Research results showed that, content, compressive strength trend first increasing then decreasing, where 0.75% optimal one maximum strength. Under load, had positive correlation rate. Within rate range 75.03 s−1~141.47 s−1, When volume strength, toughness DIF are higher than those other groups, showing good resistance. According analysis SEM images, bonding performance matrix strong, fibers interlaced form network structure, which has effect toughening strengthening SCM.
