Dynamic Logic of Legal Competences

We propose a new formalization of legal competences, and in particular for the Hohfeldian categories power immunity, through deontic reinterpretation dynamic epistemic logic. argue that this logic explicitly captures norm-changing character competences while providing sophisticated reduction latter to static normative positions.
