This paper addresses the issue of impact competitive behaviors long-rental apartment firms on rents apartments and ordinary rental housing introduces a dynamic gaming approach to market domain reveal changes in long-term complexity caused by behavior firms. Through numerical simulation, it is found that adoption smaller rent adjustment strategies important for maintaining system stability, while reference effect landlords service quality differences demand share have moderating effects stability.
