چکیده

Stripe rust is one of the most destructive wheat diseases in China, negatively affecting production safety and causing yield losses wheat. Thus, it important to analyze environmental suitability dynamic changes stripe China. The occurrence affected by multiple factors. Therefore, this study combined data from various disciplinary fields such as remote sensing, meteorology, biology, plant protection evaluate China using species distribution models. also discusses importance effect variables. Results revealed that meteorological factors had greatest impact on rust, especially temperature precipitation. Wheat growth have a greater April August. Elevation has summer. ensemble model results were better than single model, with TSS AUC 0.851 0.971, respectively. Overlapping analysis showed winter suitable areas mainly Sichuan Basin, Northwestern Hubei, Southern Shaanxi, Henan areas. In spring, increased Huang-Huai-Hai middle lower reaches Yangtze River Guanzhong Plain, development northwestern Xinjiang Gansu slightly lagged behind. summer, threatened late-ripening spring Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang. This can provide scientific basis for optimizing improving comprehensive management strategy rust.

Monitoring Wheat Stripe Rust Using Remote Sensing Technologies in China

Many studies on remote sensing monitoring of plant diseases have been conducted. Remote sensing (RS) has played an important role in monitoring some kinds of plant diseases and making decisions for the management of the diseases. Progress on remote sensing monitoring of wheat stripe rust in China was summarized from four aspects including remote sensing monitoring stripe rust of single wheat le...

Genetic analysis and molecular mapping of wheat genes conferring resistance to the wheat stripe rust and barley stripe rust pathogens.

ABSTRACT Stripe rust is one of the most important diseases of wheat and barley worldwide. On wheat it is caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici and on barley by P. striiformis f. sp. hordei Most wheat genotypes are resistant to P. striiformis f. sp. hordei and most barley genotypes are resistant to P. striiformis f. sp. tritici. To determine the genetics of resistance in wheat to P. stri...

Velocity of spread of wheat stripe rust epidemics.

ABSTRACT Controversy has long existed over whether plant disease epidemics spread with constant or with increasing velocity. We conducted largescale field experiments with wheat stripe rust at Madras and Hermiston, Oregon, where natural stripe rust epidemics were rare, to test these competing models. Data from three location-years were available for analysis. A susceptible winter wheat cultivar...

Leaf, Stem, and Stripe Rust Diseases of Wheat

Introduction Rust diseases of wheat are among the oldest plant diseases known to humans. Early literature on wheat cultivation mentions these devastating diseases and their ability to destroy entire wheat crops. Since rust discovery, numerous studies have been conducted on the life cycles of rust pathogens and their management. The information gained from these studies has enabled us to develop...
