Dye Decoloring Peroxidase Structure, Catalytic Properties and Applications: Current Advancement and Futurity

نویسندگان

چکیده

Dye decoloring peroxidases (DyPs) were named after their high efficiency to decolorize and degrade a wide range of dyes. DyPs are type heme peroxidase quite different from known in terms amino acid sequences, protein structure, catalytic residues, physical chemical properties. oxidize polycyclic dyes phenolic compounds. Thus they find application potentials dealing with environmental problems. The structure characteristics families the sequence, enzymatic properties, analyzes high-efficiency degradation ability some dye lignin degradation, which vary greatly among classes. In addition, prospects biomedicine other fields also discussed briefly. At same time, research strategy based on genetic engineering synthetic biology improving stability activity summarized along important industrial applications associated challenges. Moreover, according current findings, bringing level may require DyP, increasing production, enhancing alkali resistance toxicity.
