Dukungan Keluarga, Adaptasi Sosial terhadap Tingkat Anxietas Perawat Selama Pandemi COVID-19 di Puskesmas

This study examined how family support and social adaptation correlate to nurses' anxiety levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. descriptive correlational was conducted using Cross Sectional approach. Non Probability Sampling Purposive techniques were employed select 126 respondents who assigned answer validated questionnaires namely TMAS (Anxiety (Taylor Minnesota Anxiety Scale), PAIS-SR (Psychosocial Adjustment Illness), scale work stress scale. Results final analysis showed level of support, experience conclusion, factors related nurses pandemic are stres.
