The aim of this paper is to point out the new knowledge and skills that employees need have in digital age which robots are becoming more present workplace. Robots started over work tasks activities routine, repetitive highly standardized. With progress technology, starting take complex challenging as well. As a result, faced with challenges fears. Fear job loss insecurity fostered acquire cannot be automated. Continuous learning destiny every individual who lives works age.
