The performance of teachers in realizing holistic education can be observed from how the prepare, implement, and evaluate learning process or their pedagogic knowledge. This study aims to examine teachers’ ability plan, implement assess elementary school based on tenure gender. research is a quantitative with direct observation, which was conducted 162 30 public schools Semarang, Indonesia. Data were collected using assessment sheets. observer principal belonged same as respondent. data then validated Pearson's correlation group instrument analyzed structural equation modelling (SEM) showed that imposition confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) achieved more than critical value .50 meant construct valid reliable. understanding indicated by activities preparing class. found there no significant between teaching experience
