چکیده
Background: Progesterone (PG) is an essential hormone in the process of implantation and pregnancy maintenance. Frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) being performed worldwide. This study was designed to investigate whether serum progesterone levels on day prior 5 frozen-thawed hormonally prepared endometrium correlates with outcomes. Materials Methods: A single center longitudinal observational conducted at infertility over a period three months from October 2022 December 2022. The participants were patients attending who satisfied inclusion exclusion criteria. total 30 included this study. Serum measured starting (P0) four (P4), transfer. Data analysis using SPSS version 21. Results: mean (SD) age those had positive outcome 34.22 (1.26) years negative outcomes 39.92 (2.11) difference significant (P = 0.001). 0 found be 0.61 (1.19) ng/ml 0.28 (0.27) but, not 0.347). 4 10.84 (8.13) 8.13 (3.81) 0.039). Conclusion: Pregnancy loss increases measurements could used assess technique treatment. Monitoring PG can done for diagnosing potential luteal support defects before performing FET artificial cycle (AC).

The Pregnancy Outcomes of Day 2 versus Day 3 Embryo Transfer: A Cross-Sectional Study
Background The objective was to evaluate whether extending the embryo culture period from 2 to 3 days would yield a more optimal selection of viable embryos, thereby increasing the pregnancy rat. MaterialsAndMethods We have retrospectively analyzed pregnancy rates in the patients who had embryo transfer either on day 2 (582 patients) or on day 3 (387 patients) post-insemination over a 10-month ...
متن کاملThe Comparison Between the Pregnancy Outcome after Easy Embryo Transfer and Difficult Embryo Transfer
Background: The role of embryo transfer (ET) in the success of in vitro fertilization/intra cytoplasmic sperm injection treatment is not well understood. In the present study we classified ET technique as difficult and easy types according to certain strict criteria, and compared the pregnancy outcome of the two ET types. Methods: This study was performed retrospectively on 295 infertile patien...

OBJECTIVE To compare the risk of ectopic pregnancy (EP) after embryo transfer on day 3(D3-ET) and day 5(D5-ET). DESIGN Meta-analysis. PATIENTS Women with pregnancy resulting from in vitro undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). متن کاملEctopic pregnancy rates with day 3 versus day 5 embryo transfer: a retrospective analysis
BACKGROUND: Blastocyst transfer may theoretically decrease the incidence of ectopic pregnancy following IVF-ET in view of the decreased uterine contractility reported on day 5. The purpose of our study is to specifically compare the tubal pregnancy rates between day 3 and day 5 transfers. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of all clinical pregnancies conceived in our IVF program since 1998 was p...
متن کاملUltrasound-guided embryo transfer maximizes the IVF results on day 3 and day 4 embryo transfer but has no impact on day 5.
BACKGROUND The use of ultrasound-guided embryo transfer has been reported to affect success rates in some centres but not others. In a prospective study, we examined the influence of ultrasound guidance in embryo transfer performed on different days after oocyte retrieval. METHODS Two different methods of embryo transfer were evaluated in 1069 consecutive transfers. The ultrasound-guided embr...
