DO PRIVATE BANKS AFFECT ETHIOPIA'S ECONOMIC GROWTH?

Introduction: Major activities of private sector banks promote changes in a country's economic progress. Many studies have concentrated on the general policy customer service. As result, goal study is to look into impact Ethiopia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth.
 Methods: Time-series data National Bank from 2011 2020 studied using dynamic-factor model that flexible for multi-variable autoregressive data.
 Results: The result indicates mobilization deposits and domestic investment strong positive (GDP), whereas foreign exchange credit services significant negative impact.
 Conclusion suggestion: Private play an important role GDP growth. Therefore, order boost growth, should collect all over Ethiopia use them fund viable initiatives.
