چکیده
The evaluation of endophytic actinomycetes diversity, growth-promoting strain effects on cauliflower seeds germination, and in vitro organogenesis are the objectives this study. Moreover, 15 strains from 125 isolates were determined to produce indole-3- acetic acid (IAA), where majority was obtained roots (66.67%), followed by branches (26.67%) leaves (6.67%). Specifically, Jatropha sp. is a plant species with most content compared others. In addition, all Streptomyces screened based IAA production ability yeast extract–malt extract broth (YMG) medium. results showed tendency for one code KMR-1E generate maximum isolate Cinnamomun plant. Furthermore, molecular taxonomy phylogenetic analysis recreated 16S rRNA gene sequences, which attributed KMR- 1E genus Streptomyces. Meanwhile, growth promotion evaluated under condition. This exposed individual enhance shoot root length cauliflowers. untreated cultures free agar block used as control.

Indole-3-Acetic Acid-Producing Yeasts in the Phyllosphere of the Carnivorous Plant Drosera indica L
Yeasts are widely distributed in nature and exist in association with other microorganisms as normal inhabitants of soil, vegetation, and aqueous environments. In this study, 12 yeast strains were enriched and isolated from leaf samples of the carnivorous plant Drosera indica L., which is currently threatened because of restricted habitats and use in herbal industries. According to similarities...

Diverse bacterial species possess the ability to produce the auxin phytohormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). Different biosynthesis pathways have been identified and redundancy for IAA biosynthesis is widespread among plant-associated bacteria. Interactions between IAA-producing bacteria and plants lead to diverse outcomes on the plant side, varying from pathogenesis to phyto-stimulation. Review...

An in vitro study was conducted to determine the effects of the superior indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) producing Rhizobia and treatments of Ag and Ltryptophan (Trp) on wheat growth indices. Nine strains with different ability of IAA production (belonging to genus Rhizobium leguminosarum var. phaseoli and Rhizobium leguminosarum var. viciae, Sinorhizobium meliloti) and a non-inoculated control; two...

Endophytic actinomycetes have shown unique plant growth promoting as well as antagonistic activity against fungal phytopathogens. In the present study forty-two endophytic actinomycetes recovered from medicinal plants were evaluated for their antagonistic potential and plant growth-promoting abilities. Twenty-two isolates which showed the inhibitory activity against at least one pathogen were s...
