Distribution of Primary Healthcare Centers Between 2017 and 2021 Across Saudi Arabia

Background and aim: Access to adequate healthcare systems is seen as a fundamental human right. Therefore, services must be distributed accessible in the most efficient way possible those who need them most. Primary centers are backbone of any system they provide essential general population. Inequalities distribution primary can lead disparities access outcomes. This study aimed assess equity distribution, we analyzed evaluated allocation Saudi Arabia from 2017 2021. Method: cross-sectional utilized data Health Statistical Yearbook published by Ministry Health, Arabia, during period 2017-2021. The number per 10,000 population was calculated for 20 health regions. We used Gini index measure inequality centers. Pearson coefficient correlation between each region. Result: overall ratio decreased 0.72 0.62 showed relative equality 2021 with values 0.2 0.3. There positive Jeddah, Tabouk, Northern Region. However, Riyadh, Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Qaseem, Eastern Region, Al-Ahsa, Aseer, Hail, Jazan, Najran, Al-Baha, Al-Jouf, found negative. Conclusion: From 2021, facilities fairly throughout regions Arabia. there still some provinces, efforts made ensure that equitably across country improve outcomes all.
