DISTRIBUTION OF CORONARY ARTERY CALCIUM SCORE BASED ON AGE AND GENDER IN HEALTHY POPULATION

Introduction: Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) score may give information in cardiovascular risk stratification asymptomatic individuals. Profiles and distribution of CAC scores are still scarce Indonesia. This study aimed to evaluate the based on age gender patients.
 Methods: Subjects were Asian above 40 years-old undergoing check-up, including Computed Tomography (CT) at Siloam Heart Institute, from April 2018 August 2019. Data obtained retrospectively analyzed statistically with IBM SPSS version 22.
 Results: A total 1640 patients enrolled, males slightly more than half. The mean was 55,6 ± 9,6 years, group 50-59 years as majority (35,9%). Almost half subjects had zero score. Around two-thirds females, particularly below 50 old, scores. >400 prevalent across all groups. healthy a between 0-99. There positive correlation both genders. Females found mostly after 70 ten older males. >1000 compared females.
