چکیده
A nature farming system is an ecological practice that entails cultivating crops without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides. To understand the diversity functions of root microbiomes associated with systems, we compared microbial community rice under conditions those conventional conditions. High-throughput amplicon analysis demonstrated a higher abundance greater microbiome unfertilized than The application reduced some beneficial taxa important for plant growth health. Subsequently, isolated identified 46 endo- epiphytic bacteria from roots grown examined their growth-promoting activity. Six potential isolates were selected assessment in insoluble P- K-containing media. Most promoted growth, Pseudomonas koreensis AEPR1 was able to enhance significantly both Our data indicated systems create distinct comparatively more diverse supports low-input cultivation practices practices. could be exploited as sources applications sustainable agriculture.

Complementarity among plant growth promoting traits in rhizospheric bacterial communities promotes plant growth
An assessment of roles of rhizospheric microbial diversity in plant growth is helpful in understanding plant-microbe interactions. Using random combinations of rhizospheric bacterial species at different richness levels, we analysed the contribution of species richness, compositions, interactions and identity on soil microbial respiration and plant biomass. We showed that bacterial inoculation ...
متن کاملWild plant species growing closely connected in a subalpine meadow host distinct root-associated bacterial communities
Plant roots are known to harbor large and diverse communities of bacteria. It has been suggested that plant identity can structure these root-associated communities, but few studies have specifically assessed how the composition of root microbiota varies within and between plant species growing under natural conditions. We assessed the community composition of endophytic and epiphytic bacteria ...

Seven isolates of bacteria (SRI-156, SRI-158, SRI-178, SRI-211, SRI-229, SRI-305 and SRI-360) were earlier reported by us as having potential for biocontrol of charcoal rot of sorghum and plant growth promotion (PGP) of the plant. In the present study, the seven isolates were characterized for their physiological traits (tolerance to salinity, pH, temperature and resistance to antibiotics and f...
متن کاملPLANT GROWTH PROMOTING AND ANTAGONISTIC ACTIVITY OF Bacillus STRAINS ISOLATED FROM RICE RHIZOSPHERE
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are advantageous bacteria that inhabit around plant roots and enhance plant growth by a wide variety of direct and indirect mechanisms. Utilization of PGPR is now gradually increasing in agriculture and offers an attractive way to replace chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and supplements. In our present study six endospore forming bacterial isolates t...
متن کاملEffect of some plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria strains on root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, on tomatoes
Root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, is one of the main problems in vegetable-growing regions, decreasing yield quality and quantity worldwide. Root-knot nematode management tactics mostly involve chemical control which is a threat to the environment, consequences to human health. Biological control of nematodes is considered to be one of the best alternatives to the chemical control. In ...
