Diseño de edificios de oficinas sustentables para promover ocupantes sustentables

Few studies focus on researching the potential of sustainable buildings to promote sustainability their occupants. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing use LEED credits, with intention promoting pro-environmental behaviors. The methodology is exploratory in nature, a descriptive logic, and comparatively analyzes LEED-certified office [Argentina (n = 351); Chile 494); Colombia 432); Peru 282)], between 2012 2020. results revealed that most used credits were: "Access Public Transportation", (99.34%); “Surrounding Density”; (98.34%); and, “Tenant construction design guidelines”, (96.53%); least ones “Enhanced commissioning”, (44.30%); "Daylight" (31.31%); "Controllability systems", (7.53%). It concluded those who choose include occupant design, intervene culture, while not them, technology.
