چکیده
• An anti-HIV heterocyclic compound BMMP to induce abnormal core uncoating. hnRNP M as a BMMP-binding protein. Anti-cell migration activity of BMMP. Function suppress CD44 mRNA expression via regulation the M. One sometimes shows two biological functions, becoming important aspect recent drug discovery. This study began with an attempt confirm previously reported molecular mechanism anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) [2-(benzothiazol-2-ylmethylthio)-4-methylpyrimidine], i.e., induction uncoating viral at post-entry step. Our mechanistic gave results consistent this mechanism. We further attempted find out target by pulldown approach using synthesized biotinylated (Biotin-BMMP) and successfully identified heterogenous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP M) protein was found not be accountable for As has been promote cancer metastasis, we tested that suppressed human lung carcinoma cell line A549 stimulated transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). Mechanistic showed Furthermore, six new derivatives were synthesized, patterns their activities against HIV-1 uniform, suggesting anti-cell are independent. Taken together, newly discovered identification its binding chemical biology approach.

Discovery of another anti-HIV protein in the search for the CD8+ cell anti-HIV Factor.
Nearly three decades ago, soon after the recognition of AIDS and its causative agent, HIV, the first immune response against the AIDS virus was identified: an unexpected anti-HIV activity of CD8+ cells that did not involve cell killing (1). This immune response differed from the classic CD8+ cell antiviral activity in which cytotoxic T lymphocytes kill virus-infected cells (2). The CD8+ cell no...

heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
