Efficient optimization of topology and raster angle has shown unprecedented enhancements in the mechanical properties 3D printed materials. Topology helps reduce waste raw material fabrication parts, thus decreasing production costs associated with manufacturing lighter structures. Fiber orientation plays an important role increasing stiffness a structure. This paper develops tests new method for handling stress constraints fiber orthotropic The are coupled objective function that maximizes stiffness. is accomplished by using modified solid isotropic penalization moving asymptotes as mathematical optimizer. To number computational cost, clustering strategy employed which highest stresses principal coordinates grouped separately into two clusters adjusted P-norm.
