Background: Chemical burns represent a small part of burn injuries, but the incidence seems to increase. Traditionally chemical is rinsed with water or and soap. Diphoterine an amphoteric, chelating, polyvalent, slightly hypertonic solution made for decontamination splashes proposing one treatment suitable most kinds burns. Objective: In this systematic review we aimed assess effect on compared no treatment. The primary endpoint was depth secondary outcomes included pain, duration hospitalization, time return work, need surgery, pH, complications associated using Diphoterine. 
 Methods: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web Science, Google Scholar were systematically searched March 22, 2021 term “Diphoterine”. Interventional, observational, cohort studies included. No language restrictions applied. Risk bias assessed Bias assessment tool randomized trials Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS 0-9) non-randomized studies.Results: A total 8 Only 1 retrospective study evaluated found difference between group control group.
