Dinamika Self-Compassion Pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Aktivis Organisasi Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau

Self-Compassion adalah sikap kasih sayang kepada diri sendiri saat menghadapi kesulitan, pemahaman bahwa kesulitan dan ketidaksempurnaan bagian hidup setiap manusia, kemampuan individu untuk memahami emosi yang dirasakan, pendekatan logis introspeksi ketika dihadapkan pada sebuah permasalahan. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai dinamika mahasiswa tingkat akhir aktivis organisasi Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) di Universitas Riau. Jenis penelitian digunakan fenomenologi naratif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam wawancara semi-terstruktur observasi non-partisipan. Subjek terdiri dari lima orang diambil berdasarkan kriteria yaitu semester UMRI. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, tingkata UMRI memiliki Self-Compassion, ditunjukkan dengan Self-Kindness, Common Humanity, Mindfulness. Faktor-faktor terbentuknya motivasi, religiulitas, lingkungan.
