چکیده
China is in the stage of rapid development new urbanization, cities are more vulnerable when facing various risks, and construction urban resilience (UR) makes secure. At same time, allocation digital factors has a vital impact on UR under energy constraints. Based panel data from 2011 to 2020, this paper studies influence mechanism factor (DFA) constraints through fixed effect model (FE), mediation model, threshold model. The main empirical results include: (1) misallocation negative UR. In case differences division agglomeration, (DFM) will also be different. (2) an intermediary effects capital efficiency, green innovation industrial structure upgrading. (3) There nonlinear relationship between DFM

Despite the composed ‘predict and provide’ attitude displayed in the National Urban Policy Paper towards change in Australian Cities, our cities have been more vulnerable to an increasing range of events and trends. Disasters and climate change impacts, as well as increased water demand, pose serious risks to the provision of sustainable urban water services, e.g., drinking water, sanitation, and safe drainage, especially in cities. These challenges call for a transition toward improved water management, including considerations of “resilience.” However, because the resilience concept has multidisciplinary...
متن کاملPeri-Urban Food Production and Its Relation to Urban Resilience
Food production on the urban–rural fringe is under pressure due to competing land uses. We discuss the potential to improve resilience for urban–rural regions by enhancing food production as part of multifunctional land use. Through studies of peri-urban land in the regions of Gothenburg (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Gent (Belgium), recent developments are analysed. Arable farming has been...
